Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its 24-hour remote triage call center. You will perform telephone triage, document in client EHRs, and provide clinical assessments across multiple states from a home workspace.

Applicants need an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing, 2–4 years RN experience (ER/urgent care, adult/pediatric, ICU preferred), and an active e-NCL license; willingness to obtain additional licenses. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Competenze

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of RN clinical experience, prefer ER/urgent care, adult, pediatrics, ambulatory care, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL/Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license; willing to obtain more licenses.

Mansioni

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize protocols to assess and triage patients and document interactions in EHRs.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including referrals and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and government agencies as needed.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring programs, including patient education.
