Job summary

5C Data Centers is seeking an experienced RMA Coordinator to manage returns for data center hardware across global sites. You will coordinate end-to-end RMAs, liaise with data center technicians, Cloud teams, and vendors, and help build out the spares program with inventory controls.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective RMA processing, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing RMAs in a high-tech/data center environment.
• Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and CRM/ERP data entry.
• Strong vendor management experience including OEM RMA processes and warranties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RMA process for servers, blades, storage, networking and other data center hardware; initiate returns and track repairs.
• Serve as primary liaison between data center technicians, Cloud teams, supply chain, procurement and vendors to schedule RMAs and shipments.
• Coordinate spare parts inventory at data centers; maintain stock levels, reorder points, bin/location management, and serial-number reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate RMA records and status updates in CRM/ERP systems with traceability of parts and serial numbers.
• Create and manage shipping documents, RMA forms/logs, and Proof of Delivery; coordinate with freight providers as needed.
• Produce regular inventory and RMA KPI reports (turnaround time, return rates, fill rates, inventory days, cost per RMA).
