Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in risk-related field with strong analytics background.
• 7+ years in model risk management or related disciplines.
• 3+ years in leadership or team-leading roles preferred.
• Experience supporting governance committees and senior management reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate model risk governance activities and program reporting.
• Manage model risk projects and cross-functional initiatives with stakeholder communication.
• Oversee Archer platform and related workflows, ensuring data quality and issue resolution.
• Manage model risk issues and remediation governance with tracking and reporting.
• Oversee ongoing monitoring governance for timely completion and reporting of model performance.
• Lead model and data documentation initiatives, coordinating with model owners.
• Coordinate model risk assessments and governance of end-user computing tools and AI use cases.
