Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related area.
• Proficiency with RSA Archer or similar enterprise GRC platforms.
• Experience conducting security operating reviews and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of AWS security fundamentals, including IAM and Security Hub.
• Ability to present effectively to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly and monthly security operational reviews and executive reporting.
• Define and maintain security KPIs and KRIs with a focus on data integrity and reporting cadence.
• Coordinate and oversee security risks and remediation plans using an enterprise GRC platform.
• Track cloud security posture and communicate governance findings in leadership reports.
• Act as a liaison among stakeholders to ensure visibility and clarity in security standards.
• Facilitate security communications, including policy updates and program execution.
• Manage vendor evaluations and track financial metrics related to security tools and subscriptions.
• Translate security activities into actionable insights for decision-making.
