Remote Work in the United States seeks a Risk Data Governance Lead to own and transform risk data infrastructure for AI-ready consumption. You’ll lead analytics engineers, enforce data standards, and design a scalable group-wide governance framework as the company expands internationally.

You will shape data quality, metadata, and lineage, ensure cross-team alignment, and drive for actionable risk insights through robust data platforms and LLM-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering or governance roles.
• Experience leading a small technical team (2–5 people).
• Strong SQL and hands-on Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift experience.
• Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks in production.
• Proven track record of improving data quality in cross-functional settings.
• Experience maintaining data documentation, metadata catalogs, or knowledge bases.
• Hands-on experience with LLM/AI agents and making data infra agent-consumable.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.
• English at a professional level (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 2–3 analytics engineers and drive datamart development, ETL pipelines, and data quality initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end data governance framework spanning multiple countries and product lines.
• Design and evolve a production-grade LLM context layer for AI agents to consume.
• Set data quality SLAs, observability, metadata, and lineage standards across the data stack.
• Collaborate with DWH, Finance, and other teams to translate analytics needs into data platform requirements.
