HireLatam is seeking a Remote Risk Management Administrator to support coordination, management, and tracking of risk activities across multiple entities under the same ownership. You will oversee insurance coverage, annual audits, compliance, and documentation while partnering with internal teams and insurers.

The role will require managing COIs, renewals, and contract risk requirements, with a focus on staying compliant across projects and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance administration/risk management.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, ACCORD 25 certificates, claims processes.
• Construction experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage/maintain insurance program for multiple entities, including general liability, workers compensation, auto, cyber security, professional liability, and specialized coverage policies.
• Coordinate annual renewal process and obtain coverage for new equipment acquisitions throughout the year.
• Track internal COIs to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Assist contract management with review processes to identify insurance and risk-related requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure risk compliance.
• Assist with annual audits and internal reporting related to insurance/risk exposure.
• Identify potential risk issues and elevate concerns to management as needed.

Job Title: Remote Risk Management Administrator ( 100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary : $1,000 - 2,000 USD/month paid via bank transfer or Thera

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m Eastern Time

Job Overview: We are looking for a Remote Risk Management Administrator to support the coordination, management and tracking of risk management activities across multiple companies under the same ownership. This role will be responsible for managing annual insurance coverage, annual audits, compliance, and documentation while working closely with internal teams and insurance providers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage/maintain insurance program for multiple entities, including general liability, workers compensation, auto, cyber security, professional liability, and specialized coverage policies.
• Coordinate annual renewal process and obtain coverage for new equipment acquisitions throughout the year
• Track internal corporate and vendor certificates of insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Assist contract management team with contract review processes to identify insurance and risk-related requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure risk compliance
• Assist with annual audits and internal reporting related to insurance/risk exposure
• Identify potential risk issues and elevate concerns to management as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Experience in insurance administration/risk management
• Knowledge of insurance policies, ACCORD 25 certificates, claims processes

Hardware Requirements

The following setup is mandatory due to client request :

• Operating System: Windows-based device only (No Mac/Apple computers).
• Memory: Minimum of 16GB RAM .
• Hardware: Dual-monitor setup (2 screens) is required for efficient workflow.
• Connectivity: Stable, high-speed internet with a dedicated, quiet workspace. Candidates must be able to guarantee connectivity regardless of travel.
