Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Risk Analyst / Risk Manager to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, compliance, and strategic risks across the organization. This remote role supports U.S.

client operations while aligning with enterprise risk frameworks. You will build risk frameworks, conduct quantitative analyses using SQL, Excel, Python, and related tools, monitor exposure, validate controls, and deliver actionable insights to leadership to strengthen governance and informed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, governance, or financial analysis.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, LogicManager, or similar.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Nice to have FRM, CFA, CPA, CCEP, CRISC, or related certifications.
• Experience with VaR, stress testing, Monte Carlo simulations, or operational risk analysis.
• Background in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
• Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess enterprise risks across financial, operational, compliance, cyber, and strategic areas.
• Build and maintain risk models and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Monitor risk exposure and validate internal controls and governance processes.
• Prepare management reports for leadership and audit committees.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, legal, and compliance to enhance risk governance.
• Support regulatory reviews and internal/external audits.
