KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Data Analyst to support risk management and audit operational control teams. The role focuses on transforming data pipelines, enabling self-service analytics, and delivering validated datasets to internal partners and regulators. W-2 only, no C2C arrangements.

The position requires a Bachelor80s degree and hands-on SQL and Python experience within an Agile environment using Jira. Hybrid/remote work options are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor80s degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries against data warehouses or data lakes.
• 1+ year of professional experience using Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong knowledge in querying and analyzing major data languages and relational databases.
• Experience documenting business processes, data paths, and data mapping parameters.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with Jira for task tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of automated data products for enterprise data consumers.
• Migrate legacy data pipelines to AWS data solutions.
• Execute and monitor data processes delivering validated datasets to internal partners and regulators.
• Evaluate data management, quality, and access protocols to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Implement governance across data quality metrics, metadata, lineage, and access rights.
• Develop data mapping matrices to help users transition to cloud-native systems.
