Job summary

BILL is seeking an experienced Risk Data Analyst to join the Risk Portfolio Management team. You will build data models, analyze risk trends, and deliver actionable insights that support the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions—helping protect BILL’s customers while enabling safe, trusted growth.

You will collaborate with Risk Operations leaders, gather requirements, and manage the analytics roadmap for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics or a technical field.
• 8 years analytics/data science experience (or 5+ years with a Master’s).
• Strong SQL pipelines experience; dbt is a huge plus.
• Proficiency with BI tools, especially Tableau.
• Experience with fraud/risk data platforms and CRM data sources.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple sources into risk data models.
• Create automated Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate data into actionable insights for risk operations and customers.
• Partner with Risk Operations leaders and manage analytics roadmap.
• Gather requirements and prioritize analytics work streams.
