Manhattan Strategy Group seeks a dedicated RISE Assistant Manager to support daily operations of the RISE team and ensure accurate, timely, client-ready review Deliverables. You will assist with monitoring queues, coaching staff, and maintaining quality standards.

The role emphasizes professional communication, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with project leadership to meet client expectations and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in deliverable review, quality assurance, or operations coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting remote teams and deadline-driven workflows preferred.
• Experience coaching employees or contractors and supporting process or technology improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RISE Manager by monitoring review queues and coordinating assignments.
• Perform thorough final human reviews of store visit reports for client delivery.
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, coverage, and backlogs; escalate risks as needed.
• Communicate clearly with field personnel regarding corrections and follow-ups.
• Conduct coaching and training sessions; participate in virtual meetings.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of RISE team members.
• Help create and improve SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Promote adoption of new technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
