Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in deliverable review or operations coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting remote teams and deadline-driven workflows preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the RISE Manager in monitoring review queues and workloads.
• Perform thorough final human reviews of store visit reports.
• Coordinate daily workflow and alert on backlogs or risks.
• Communicate with field personnel regarding corrections and improvements.
• Assist with training sessions and mentoring of RISE team members.
