Job summary

Nabors is seeking a Team Lead to supervise our Rigline 24/7 remote operations support team. You will coordinate a skilled group of technicians and engineers, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and minimal downtime while maintaining safety culture.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to hand over shifts smoothly. You will work closely with management, product teams, field personnel, customers, and partners on a rotating 14-days-on/14-days-off

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred drilling industry experience.
• Customer-first mindset prioritizing client and company needs.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and manage priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise technicians during shifts to ensure efficient, high-quality customer service and minimal downtime.
• Serve as primary contact for issues and engage escalation points as needed.
• Responsible for Major Event handling.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts.
• Monitor emails and case queues during shifts.
• Perform quality assessments and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs and SLAs and closes cases timely.
