Nabors is seeking a Rigline Team Lead to oversee the 24/7 remote operations support team. Based in Houston, you will manage a skilled group, coordinate shift operations, and serve as the primary contact for escalations, ensuring prompt, high-quality service to global customers.

The role emphasizes multitasking, collaboration with product teams, engineers, field crews, and customers, with a 14-days-on/14-days-off rotation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred experience in the drilling industry.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to the best interests of customer and company.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Coaching, mentoring and driving team performance.
• Work Authorization in the United States (full-time). Nabors does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise technicians during their shift to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service while minimizing downtime.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for issues and engage escalation points as needed.
• Monitor emails and case queues during the shift.
• Perform quality assessments of technicians and provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs and service levels and closes cases timely.
