Job summary

Nabors is seeking an on-site lead for tubular running services to direct crew activities, ensure proper tool operation, validate job requirements, and uphold quality and safety standards across field operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in the casing or drilling industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a safety- and service-oriented mindset. This role requires independent work and effective team leadership in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead for tubular running services operations, overseeing crew performance, workflow, and adherence to job procedures.
• Direct and coordinate technicians, verify jobs and equipment, and make-up casing to the required torque, ensuring all operations meet technical and safety standards.
• Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of equipment defects; lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure corrective actions are implemented prior to field deployment.
• Communicate job status, test results, and operational updates to management and customers; serve as primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders during field operations.
• Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members on procedure concepts, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Financial responsibilities will be communicated by manager and/or local or global Delegation of Authority, when applicable
• Compliance with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc.
