This Right of Way Senior Project Analyst role is listed on behalf of a partner company and is based in the United States. The analyst will oversee project workflows and support the delivery of complex land acquisition and infrastructure initiatives in a remote-friendly setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in professional services, project management, or related environment.
• Professional real estate license in the applicable state, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, workflow management, scheduling, and budget monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of financial reports and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal teams, leadership, clients, and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive assignments.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve problems independently.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to operate autonomously with limited direction while knowing when to seek guidance on complex assignments.
• Business development and marketing awareness with ability to identify opportunities and support client relationships.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to broader organizational goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily project workflows across Right of Way projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and update project plans to monitor acquisition processes and milestones.
• Coordinate with Right of Way agents, customer outreach specialists, project managers, and leadership.
• Liaise with stakeholders throughout due diligence and construction activities.
• Contribute operational insights during project planning with senior leadership.
• Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile databases, and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Review team output to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Identify changes in scope or timelines and resolve issues before delivery.
• Communicate updates, priorities, and risks to stakeholders.
• Support business development and opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
