• Provide guidance and training on documentation standards.
• Ensure documentation meets client requirements and company standards.
• Develop and refine workflows for the intake, review, revision, approval, and delivery of landowner notes.
• Monitor timelines and quality metrics to support project schedules and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the review of landowner and contact notes and related documentation submitted by ROW Agents prior to client delivery.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to QA/QC Analysts and ROW Agents regarding documentation standards and quality expectations.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with client requirements and company standards.
• Review and approve edits related to grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and formatting while maintaining factual integrity.
• Identify trends and training opportunities to improve overall quality.
