Bowman Consulting is seeking a Right of Way Director to lead the ROW department across the Midwest on a remote basis. The role oversees preparation functions, staffing decisions, budget adherence, and client relationships while guiding senior project strategy and execution.

The position requires extensive ROW experience, supervisory leadership, and a state license or ability to obtain one within 3 months. A broad skill set in finance, marketing, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent ROW experience.
• 15+ years in land/ROW/easement work.
• 5+ years ROW supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ROW, budgeting, permitting, regulatory issues.
• Real estate license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Lead ROW department and direct preparation and staffing decisions.
• Develop strategy, budget, staff, and deliverables for the unit.
• Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and set budgets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Provide senior input and evaluation on projects.
• Supervise Project Managers when needed.
• Monitor progress toward deliverable schedules.
• Compile project status reports.
