Bowman Consulting is seeking a Right of Way Director to lead the ROW department from the Midwest, with remote siting across eligible states. The role involves directing preparation, staff and budget decisions to advance project delivery and client service.

You will supervise senior staff, engage with clients to win work, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards in complex ROW initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of Right of Way experience in land, ROW, easement acquisition, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of ROW supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ROW processes, budgeting, permitting, and regulatory issues.
• Experience reading construction plans and engineering drawings.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules.
• Supervise ROW project personnel to ensure high professional standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Serve as technical advisor providing senior input on projects.
• Develop plans, monitor progress, and compile status reports.
• Handle billing inquiries and collect outstanding monies.
