Bowman Consulting is seeking a Right of Way Director to lead the ROW department in the Northeast US, with flexibility for candidates across the region. You will guide preparation efforts, direct staff decisions, and oversee project budgets while shaping client relations and service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic marketing, and cross-function collaboration, with a compensation range reflecting senior ROW expertise and an emphasis on profitability and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent ROW work experience.
• 15+ years in land, right of way, easement acquisition or related area.
• Minimum 5 years ROW supervisory experience preferred.
• License in real estate and ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise ROW department including directing prep functions and staff decisions.
• Provide senior level input on projects and customer engagements.
• Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and set budgets/schedules.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.

Educación

Bachelor's degree (ROW related)

Real estate license (within 3 months)

Multilingual is a plus
