Responsibilities

• Greet and intake patients, collect medical information, and update the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers and labs.
• Verify insurance benefits and process prior authorizations.
• Assist with medication orders, referrals, and chart management.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, or text and maintain records.
