Esrun Health, a division of Harris Computer, seeks a Remote Care Coordinator to perform telephonic encounters for partner practices. This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role with a remote home office setup and HIPAA compliance expectations.

Care Coordinators will handle patient panels, complete due diligence on patients, and billable encounters, with productivity-based pay and potential for full-time benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Medical Assistants required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records in a HIPAA-compliant home setting.
• Proficient with Windows and Office 365 apps (Teams, Excel).
• Strong initiative, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication.

Aufgaben

• Perform telephonic encounters with patients monthly for partner practices.
• Manage a patient panel of 100+ patients within the first 3 months.
• Complete due diligence on 100% of assigned patients and billable encounters at 90% monthly.
• Work remotely as a 1099 contractor in a HIPAA-compliant home office.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing for care management episodes.
