Qualifications

• 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record in physician/customer facing and strategic roles.
• Experience with pull-through and total office calls.
• Able to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Engage Rheumatology customers within assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messages to drive brand goals.
• Execute strategy to generate product utilization in Rheumatology.
• Develop relationships with Rheumatology experts, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy groups.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure account success.
• Present clinical information to HCPs in a professional, compliant manner.
• Provide market insights and feedback to Home Office.
• Plan and sponsor local promotional speaker programs and activities.
