Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Proposal Manager based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will lead complex RFx initiatives across the lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop compelling, compliant proposals that win business and form strategic partnerships.

You will leverage AI-enabled content tools, maintain a robust content repository, and drive continuous improvement in proposal processes while meeting challenging deadlines and client

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, time-sensitive RFx projects.
• Strong understanding of MSP/RPO proposals.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content synthesis abilities.
• Knowledge of RFx processes and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Organizational and time-management excellence.
• Proficiency with proposal tech and AI-assisted content.
• Ability to manage large content repositories.
• Advanced MS Word skills; PowerPoint and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFx lifecycle from kickoff to submission.
• Coordinate multiple overlapping opportunities and timelines.
• Ensure compliance and submission quality.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, pricing, and delivery.
