Job summary

Xometry is a remote-first marketplace connecting designers to global manufacturers, delivering fast, transparent quotes. The role analyzes drawings, provides DFM feedback, and delivers accurate quotes within 1-2 working hours.

As a full-time US Eastern-aligned estimator, you will calculate costs (materials, tooling, post-processing), organize RFQs, maintain quote databases, and support automation with Sales and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of machining, fabrication, and post-processing methods.
• Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and manufacturability assessment.
• English level B2+ and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and CAD models to assess manufacturability and cost.
• Provide DFM feedback and deliver accurate quotes within 1-2 working hours.
• Calculate manufacturing costs including materials, machining hours, and post-processing.
• Organize RFQs and clarify details with Sales and Engineering teams.
• Maintain quote databases and support process automation initiatives.
