Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will manage a portfolio of manufacturing partners, drive improvements to the Partner RFQ platform, and help deliver value for Xometry and its customers.

In this role you will build trusted relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, track bid and win rates, and collaborate with product and operations to implement enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners.
• Understanding of machine shop operations and manufacturing processes.
• Strong partnerships with external manufacturing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional influence.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners in the Partner RFQ program.
• Serve as trusted advisor, understanding partners' goals and capabilities.
• Identify and address partner concerns related to bid opportunities, lead times, pricing, and support.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance and share metrics.
• Track bid rates, win rates, quality, and delivery; discuss trends and opportunities.
• Collect partner feedback to drive platform and process improvements.
• Collaborate with product and operations to test and validate changes.
