Keeper Security is seeking an execution-oriented RFP Administrator to own the coordination, development, and submission of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Legal, Security, and Marketing to gather technical and business information, ensuring responses are accurate, compelling, and aligned with Keeper’s value proposition.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, bid coordination, or related roles (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience responding to enterprise-level RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Product, Legal, Security).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, SaaS, or enterprise software is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process from intake to final submission.
• Review requirements and manage fulfillment to ensure compliance and responsiveness.
• Coordinate timelines and cross-functional contributors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Draft, edit, and tailor responses that articulate Keeper’s value proposition.
• Maintain a centralized RFP content library with boilerplate and approved responses.
• Align proposals with customer requirements and strategic deal objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal to gather accurate information.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve response efficiency and win rates.
• Track RFP metrics and provide insights on submission volume and turnaround time.
• Support enterprise opportunities with executive summaries and value narratives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal management processes and tools.
