Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to join our Global Proposals Team. You’ll manage end-to-end responses to RFIs/RFPs and coordinate cross-functional inputs to craft compliant, persuasive proposals.

This remote role leverages AI-enabled workflows to accelerate content reuse and ensure high-quality submissions, with opportunities to influence winning messaging across Sales, Legal, and Information Security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Ability to handle high-volume, overlapping deadlines with prioritization.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical content clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and proposal tools.
• Meticulous formatting, editing and proofreading for accuracy.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and SMEs across teams.
• Willingness to work across time zones as needed.
• Experience using AI to enhance decisions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ and security questionnaire activity.
• Own a high-volume workload of concurrent proposal assignments.
• Drive the proposal process: schedule, milestones, and reviews for compliance.
• Review customer requirements and develop compliance matrices and outlines.
• Participate in kickoff calls and win-strategy discussions to clarify scope.
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional SMEs to produce persuasive responses.
• Build templates and manage content through draft, review, and approval.
• Prepare final deliverables: format, proofread, and ensure readability.
• Enable Sales on proposal best practices and intake processes.
• Maintain and improve proposal content library for reusability.
• Assist in other departmental projects as needed.
