CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to join our Global Proposals Team. You will manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, coordinating across Sales, Product, Legal, and Information Security to deliver compliant, persuasive responses.

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests with overlapping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ, and security questionnaire activity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own a high-volume workload of proposal assignments with prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs to produce high-quality, compliant responses that win.
• Prepare final deliverables: format, proofread, edit for clarity and readability.
• Maintain proposal content library to improve throughput and reuse.
