Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to join our Global Proposals Team. You will manage end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, coordinate SME input, and deliver high-quality, compliant responses in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates have strong business writing skills, project management discipline, and a willingness to learn cloud security concepts. This role supports regional teams across the US and requires collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Information

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in a SaaS or cybersecurity setting.
• Ability to triage multiple requests with competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical content for customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs to deliver compliant responses.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ and security questionnaire activity.
• Own a high-volume workload of concurrent proposal assignments.
• Drive the proposal process end-to-end with schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate contributions from Sales, Product, Legal, and Information Security.
