Thea Career Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Structural Designer to join our engineering team.

You will prepare precise calculations, load paths, and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects, with emphasis on wood-frame assemblies and reinforced concrete elements. You should have a Civil or Structural Engineering degree, ২–5+ years of design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enercalc, RISA, WoodWorks, or RAM.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 2–5+ years of structural design experience in wood and concrete.
• Licensing: EIT preferred; SE/PE track is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural calculations for gravity, lateral, foundation and retaining systems.
• Design wood-frame assemblies (shear walls, joists, beams) and reinforced concrete elements.
• Develop detailed structural plans, sections and framing details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers and project leads for constructability.
• Ensure compliance with IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318 and NDS.
