Job summary

AccountMakers is seeking a Revenue Talent Recruiter to help employers across the United States hire sales, customer success, and other revenue‑generating professionals. You will source candidates, conduct candidate screens and interviews, and manage workflows in Bullhorn ATS to deliver qualified profiles.

This full‑time remote role offers a competitive base salary with commissions and opportunities to grow with a fast‑moving startup, while collaborating closely with leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for sales, customer success, or revenue roles preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
• Strong interviewing, phone, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 5–10+ candidate screens and qualification calls daily
• Recruit and place revenue-focused professionals across the United States
• Review and submit qualified candidates to client opportunities using the AccountMakers platform
• Manage recruiting workflows and candidate records in Bullhorn ATS
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Present qualified candidates to employers with detailed summaries and recommendations
• Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategy and platform improvements
