Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-desk recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Demonstrated revenue accountability.
• Experience with common ATS tools (Bullhorn, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Use sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: Use our tech stack and ATS to source candidates matching client needs.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
