Job summary

Apartment List is seeking a Revenue Systems Architect to lead the design and optimization of our quote-to-cash stack. You will architect solutions, configure systems, and partner with the Salesforce team to scale initiatives across Revenue platforms.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Data, and Finance Ops to deliver high-impact solutions and leverage AI-assisted tooling, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices to keep the system robust and auditable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and administering Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading Salesforce architecture decisions as a lead.
• Experience with data modeling, integrations, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture decisions including data modeling and automation design.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal apps.
• Drive quote-to-cash lifecycle improvements from origination to revenue recognition.
• Maintain reconciliation controls and data quality across systems.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to speed development while maintaining quality.
