Checkr, Inc. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to design and deploy agentic AI-powered workflows that accelerate the Sales cycle and improve win rates.

You will blend hands-on automation with GTM domain knowledge and partner with CorpEng to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. You will work across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, LeanData and other tools, lead experiments, advise builders, ensure cost, performance, and data guardrails, and translate business

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying automations or AI-powered workflows in a production environment.
• Proficiency with GTM systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, and related tools.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design applied to revenue workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ship Solutions for the Field: Deliver agentic support for the sales organization, managing agents to generate pipeline, do deep account research, and close more deals.
• Run AI-Based Experimentation: Lead structured experiments across our GTM tooling and emerging AI vendors, translating results into clear recommendations.
• Architect for Scale, Not Just Speed: Partner with CorpEng on technically complex builds, bringing GTM context and business requirements to deliver scalable solutions.
• Advise the Citizen Builders: Act as a trusted advisor to teammates across the GTM org who are building their own agents and automations, maturing them to production-ready capabilities.
• Guard Cost, Performance, and Trust: Ensure every workflow you ship has guardrails around cost, performance, and data handling.
• Translate Between Technical and Business Teams: Act as the liaison between technical and business stakeholders, turning requirements into actionable deliverables.
