Job summary

Harri is seeking a Salesforce Architect to own strategy, design, and long-term scalability of Salesforce as the system of record. You will partner with our Admin and Developer, and work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep CRM scalable and well-documented.

This is a hands-on role requiring 8-10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with CTA or equivalent credentials a strong plus, and a track record of building scalable data models for B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.
• CTA or equivalent credential is a strong plus.
• Experience designing complex account/data hierarchies for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce automation and AI tooling experience.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, DealHub, Gainsight, Looker, BigQuery, Ordway.
• Experience leading data migration and ETL efforts.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on contributor while partnering with admins and developers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy, design, and architecture across systems.
• Map business processes and data flows to maintain coherent data models.
• Lead AI strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem and build automation.
• Drive scoping, discovery, and multi-phase implementation roadmaps.
• Design and maintain Harri's account hierarchy and reporting structures.
• Manage Salesforce security, backups, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Admins/Developers to translate designs into solutions.
• Monitor platform health and address scalability constraints.
