Job summary

Red River is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Revenue Operations, turning data into actionable insights and designing scalable processes that boost efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.

The candidate will analyze performance across Sales, Client Success, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to standardize processes and strengthen data governance for full lifecycle visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, BI, or similar analytical role.
Strong experience in analyzing business performance and developing executive reporting.
Experience gathering business requirements and improving business processes.
Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting.
Analyze business performance across clients, account executives, industries, geographies, and service offerings.
Monitor and report on key financial and sales metrics.
Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
Support pipeline governance and forecast reviews through analysis and reporting.
Monitor opportunity progression and pipeline health to identify data gaps.
Document current and future state business processes; assist SOP development.
