Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations within SaaS.
• Direct experience configuring and maintaining a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience with at least two connected tools outside the CRM (quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking).
• Strong operational judgment and ability to resolve policy conflicts without unnecessary complexity.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, workflows, and system integrations.
• Ability to explain decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM configuration, workflow design, and system integration decisions in real-world scenarios.
• Explain the reasoning behind operational decisions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Resolve conflicts between policies by identifying precedence and justifications.
• Diagnose data accuracy issues across connected systems, including duplicates and mismatches.
• Identify root causes of operational and reporting discrepancies.
• Explain factors influencing workflow adoption among Sales and CS teams.
• Identify ambiguous or incomplete scenarios and avoid unsupported assumptions.
