This remote, contractor role focuses on evaluating SaaS operations scenarios, configuring CRM workflows, and resolving data quality issues using practical industry expertise.

No prior AI experience is required; hands-on CRM configuration experience and knowledge of connected revenue tools are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations in SaaS.
• Direct experience configuring and maintaining a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with two connected tools outside the CRM (quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking).
• Ability to explain decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analyze CRM configuration, workflow design, and system integration decisions.
• Explain the reasoning behind operational decisions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Resolve conflicts between operational policies by identifying precedence and reasoning.
• Diagnose data accuracy issues across connected systems, including duplicates and mismatches.
• Identify root causes of operational and reporting discrepancies.
• Explain factors influencing workflow adoption among Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Flag ambiguous or incomplete scenarios and avoid unsupported assumptions.
