Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Sales, Revenue, and Customer Success Operations professionals to contribute to an AI training initiative. You will evaluate SaaS operations scenarios, configure workflows, and diagnose data quality issues using practical industry expertise. Prior AI experience is not required, but hands-on CRM setup is essential.

The role is fully remote for candidates in the US or Canada, with kickoff underway and onboarding in progress.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations within SaaS.
• Hands-on CRM configuration experience (Salesforce/HubSpot or equivalent).
• Experience with at least two connected tools outside the CRM (quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking).
• Ability to explain decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, workflows, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM configuration, workflow design, and system integration decisions in real scenarios.
• Explain the reasoning behind operational decisions and evaluate potential trade-offs.
• Resolve conflicts between operational policies by identifying precedence and rationale.
• Diagnose data accuracy issues across connected systems and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Explain factors influencing workflow adoption among Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Identify ambiguous or incomplete scenarios and avoid unsupported assumptions.
