Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS Sales/Revenue or Customer Success ops.
• Hands-on CRM configuration experience.
• Experience with two external tools beyond the CRM.
• Ability to resolve policy conflicts with clear judgments.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and integration knowledge.
• Ability to explain decisions to tech and non-tech audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM configuration, workflow design, and system integration decisions.
• Explain the reasoning behind operational decisions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Resolve policy conflicts by identifying precedence and justifications.
• Diagnose data accuracy issues across connected systems and data definitions.
• Identify root causes of operational and reporting discrepancies.
• Explain factors influencing workflow adoption by Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Flag ambiguous or incomplete scenarios and avoid unsupported assumptions.
