Florida Vacation Collection, a boutique vacation rental manager in Florida, seeks a Revenue Manager to drive pricing and inventory strategy across properties from Tampa to the Gulf Coast. This full-time, remote/hybrid role focuses on occupancy, RevPAR, and revenue forecasting within a collaborative leadership framework.

You will monitor trends, optimize channels, coordinate with marketing and operations, and ensure accurate revenue recognition while supporting budgeting and planning.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and drive decisions.
• Experience in revenue management, including dynamic pricing and demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with revenue management and property management systems; Excel or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Hospitality/vacation rentals revenue mgmt experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute revenue strategies across the portfolio.
• Manage dynamic pricing, inventory control, and channel optimization to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze booking trends, and adjust rates/restrictions.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to align pricing and promotions.
• Forecast revenue, support budgeting and planning, ensure revenue recognition.
• Maintain data quality in revenue systems and present insights to leadership.
