Rise Collective is seeking a data-driven Revenue Manager to join our Operations team in a remote-US capacity. You will design and execute pricing strategies across a portfolio of vacation rentals, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with underwriting, sales, and operations to maximize profitability and occupancy.

You should bring strong analytical skills, experience with pricing tools, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management software and pricing tools.
• Familiarity with pricing concepts and competitive benchmarking.
• Ability to build pricing reports and dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software quickly.

Aufgaben

• Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions and demand.
• Manage inventory across booking channels to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Forecast revenue targets short- and long-term aligned with company goals.
• Analyze booking data, market trends, and benchmarks to find revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize promotions and yield.
• Monitor strategies across property types and markets.
• Report on occupancy, ADR, and total revenue.
• Develop relationships with OTAs, PMS, and distribution channels.
• Provide pricing recommendations based on performance data.
• Explain pricing strategies to homeowners via phone, video, or email.
• Support homeowner conversations with Owners Liaisons.
• Additional duties as needed.
