Collaborate with Marketing, Guest Services, and channel partners to strengthen portfolio performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, 2+ years of RM experience, and proficiency with major pricing tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of revenue management experience in vacation rental, hotel, or resort hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting and data interpretation.
• Experience managing OTA listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com.
• Proficiency with pricing platforms such as PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a rolling 13-month dynamic pricing calendar for 360+ properties.
• Set nightly rates, min-stay, and booking restrictions based on demand signals.
• Develop seasonal and event-based pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Monitor market trends, weather, events, and channel performance for pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and channel teams to align pricing with promotions.
