Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Revenue Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client’s team in a remote, contract capacity. The role focuses on safeguarding revenue integrity by establishing quality standards for billing and revenue processes and collaborating with accounting and operations.

The ideal candidate will analyze client contracts, pricing, and invoices, perform data investigations, and provide ad hoc reports to support audits and pricing decisions while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Identify revenue leakage, billing variances, missed billings, and pricing discrepancies.
• Interpret client contracts, pricing schedules, fee exhibits, and amendments.
• Excellent reconciliation and investigative skills tracing from source data to invoicing.
• Experience with large datasets and detailed data analysis.
• Proficiency with reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QLIK).
• Proven experience in revenue assurance, audit, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and implement quality standards for billing and revenue processes.
• Document quality control procedures to safeguard data integrity.
• Report operational gaps and data quality issues to management.
• Partner with accounting on revenue recognition and procedural updates.
• Review annual price increases to ensure correct client billing.
• Support audits by providing contracts, schedules, invoices, and data.
• Audit client pricing monthly to ensure billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis related to client, product, and revenue metrics.
• Assist billing team with monthly trend analysis at client/bill code level.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and perform data investigations as requested.
