Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Coordinator to assist with the review of claims billed to insurance companies. This role is fully remote within the United States and offers a compensation range of $20 to $24 hourly with potential bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in medical billing and 2 years preferably in the Behavioral Health space, with strong attention to detail and understanding of relevant legislation such as HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical billing role.
• 2+ years in Behavioral Health/Mental Health preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPT, modifiers, and Mental Health provider types.
• Demonstrates sensitivity and experience working with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist National RCM Strategy team with claims review.
• Ensure timely processing of patient accounts.
• Submit corrected claims to payers for reconsideration.
• Verify patient demographic information related to insurance status.
