Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Billing Solutions Coordinator to resolve Revenue Cycle and patient billing inquiries across patients, vendors, health plans and clinics with prompt, courteous service. This is a remote role that can sit in any US locality.

The position offers $20.00/hr with quarterly bonus potential, and requires strong experience in call center settings, healthcare revenue cycle, and familiarity with EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a call center environment, healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems (EHRs), call center and phone systems.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
• Knowledge of major health insurance carriers, medical terminology, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle department interactions via phone, email, portal and messages with exemplary service.
• Coordinate with offices and patients to verify and update information.
• Process payment requests and ensure accurate insurance and portal data.
• Support leadership with daily, weekly and monthly reporting demands.
• Respond to patient inquiries about accounts and centers and provide resolution steps.
• Identify revenue cycle challenges and escalate as needed.
• Review billing transactions to resolve posting issues.
