The role requires 2+ years in healthcare call center or revenue cycle, familiarity with EHRs, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $20.00/hr with bonus potential and a daytime shift aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare call center / revenue cycle environment.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; good typing speed.
• Knowledge of major health insurance carriers (in-network and out-of-network).
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle inquiries via phone, email, and portal with strong customer service.
• Update patient and insurance information accurately in portals.
• Process patient payment requests and follow up as needed.
• Assist leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Respond to patient questions about accounts and centers.
• Identify and escalate revenue cycle challenges as needed.
