Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a remote data analyst to support revenue integrity through data analysis, reporting and process improvement. You will apply CPT/HCPCS coding knowledge and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate billing and compliant practices.

You will produce analytical reports, identify opportunities for performance improvement, and guide decision-making to optimize reimbursement while upholding coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related field or equivalent experience.
• Active coding credentials (RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/COC/AAPC) required.
• Minimum three years’ hospital or physician practice coding and revenue cycle experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and reimbursement rules.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information and generate analytical reports.
• Ensure accurate CPT/HCPCS documentation for billing.
• Support charge capture and review pre-bill edits.
• Educate staff on documentation to optimize revenue.
• Collaborate with departments to drive performance improvements.
