Job summary

Nature’s Path Foods is seeking a Pricing and Revenue Growth Leader to develop strategies across the US portfolio, driving revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning. You will lead pricing reviews, manage the annual US revenue plan with Sales and Finance, and analyze trade promotions for ROI and effect across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CPG/revenue growth management, pricing, or finance.
• Experience with syndicated retailer data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ) is an asset.
• Power BI and Excel skills required; ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and revenue growth strategies for Nature’s Path portfolio to support revenue, profitability and competitive positioning.
• Lead annual pricing reviews, list price adjustments and pricing elasticity analysis.
• Manage the annual revenue plan for US markets with Sales and Finance to hit revenue, volume, mix and rate targets.
• Evaluate trade promotion performance, including trade spend, ROI and post-event analytics.
• Partner with sales teams to craft promotional calendars and retailer-specific growth plans.
