Job summary

Horizon Organic Dairy is seeking a Manager, Revenue Growth Management to lead pricing strategy and RGM initiatives within the Sales team. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing to optimize trade investment and strengthen brand financial performance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven analysis, and development of pricing and promotional strategies to drive profitable growth. Hybrid or remote work is possible with preference for Broomfield, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, RGM or trade funds management, preferred.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management Systems is required.
• Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI or SPINS) is required.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA for data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy and promotions to drive profitable growth.
• Lead RGM analytics, tools, processes, and training across the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance for plan development.
• Lead annual planning and build capability across teams.
• Provide insights from multiple data sources to inform decisions.
